We are mostly community based, the placement may involve shadowing on community visits/ meetings are training.
Inductions will be supported locally by the placement manager at the site the placement is at

Sometimes people with a learning disability can be variable in presentation depending on how they are feeling on the day. The SALT will make you aware of any risks ahead of the visit.
