There has never been a better time for us to attract our next generation of employees. The thirst for information on the range of health and social care careers is very present in our schools and colleges. With your help we can showcase the great work we do and how we moved through our careers.
Want to get involved and share your story? Complete the form below. There is no commitment needed, you will receive a range of opportunities and you and select which/how many you attend. Mostly time to attend these should be supported by your employer but we are aware some colleagues like to attend in their own time too.
Our aim is to bring to life the richness of opportunities and breadth of careers we offer across our workforce. Ambassadors can be as involved as they wish, and as their commitments allow. It may be that an Ambassador shares their career journey as a video or case study or they may wish to be more involved; taking part in career attraction events and activities (virtually or actual) with local schools - which can include being a guest speaker, maybe attending speed networking or career days to talk about their role, profession or learning pathway to get to the role. You may want to have a stall to showcase your profession or talk to our next generation at one of our in house Health and Social Care open days. There are also opportunities to host a student for a day upwards through our summer schools and traineeships. We are open to all opportunities and ideas you may also have!
