In the kitchen you will be helping to prep food for breakfast lunch and dinner, this will be decanting food in to trays, prepping salad items, prepping concepts for that week and temping all food items that have been cooked in an oven or on a stove going out to ensure they all reach 75’c to ensure all food is fully cooked. While following all food safety and hygiene laws for a kitchen environment, you will also be working with the front of house team to make sure all food is kept topped up and making sure they know what food is being put out.
Inductions will be supported locally by the placement manager at the site the placement is at
